Blanche Rowan and Mike Gulston
Seven centuries of songs, ten magic fingers, three languages and two lush voices.
Blanche Rowen and Mike Gulston bring you French dance numbers, English ballads of star-crossed lovers and irrepressible heroines, old Welsh lovesongs, and strange & wondrous hybrids of all three.
All served with a graceful accompaniment of guitar and octave mandola and a healthy dollop of irreverence.
Back by popular demand.
"...rural America explored with elegant simplicity. Their music and cleanly poetic songwriting bing to mind the great folksingers of our times..." - Asheville Citizen-Times

"Belfast Singer/songwriter Padraig Lalor's singing commands attention.
He is clear, concise and compelling--the quality of vocals that eventually quiet down a
bursting-at-the-seams venue person-by-person, until all heads are turned towards the
direction of the marvelous sounds"
Celtic Music Review USA
Padraig will be accompanied on the night by whistle/melodeon player Gill O' Shea
Lowri Evans is a modern folk artist operating in both English and Welsh.
Lowri's music is a blend of Folk, Alternative Country, Jazz and Blues. Many of her songs are self penned or are written in collaboration with
Lee Mason who also supports Lowri on guitar. Lee's playing compliments Lowri perfectly and together they form an impressive duo.
